Hello, I am 24 years old and I have dual French and Danish nationality, but not speaking Danish before, I decided a year ago that at the end of my studies I would go to Denmark for 2 years to learn the language in order to be able to chat with my Danish family and also to enhance my CV with experience abroad which will have a good effect on my future employers. So I started taking Danish lessons in France from a friend of my mother (who is Danish but unfortunately a very bad teacher) last March. Now I have been in Denmark since last November and I live in Copenhagen where I am looking for work in IT as a .Net developer. I am looking for French contacts in this forum in order to combat the loneliness of expatriation. Despite the contacts I have here, speaking in English (which I master even if I have difficulty finding my words due to a lack of practice) or in Danish (where I severely lack vocabulary) is mentally tiring and I would really appreciate a few breaks in French ;). That's it for me, I can't wait to meet new people who are in roughly the same situation :D
