Monthly Cost to move to Languedoc-Roussillon by ras0001

I am new to the site and am seriously considering moving to Languedoc-Roussillon after retirement. I can't seem to get a straight answer on the internet about how much I need to live a frugal but comfortable life there. Can anyone help me?
