About Activity

I lived in the UK near all my life, but left the cold, wet & wind (that was just the locals haha!!), & wandered (mainly Per霉, Ecuador & Spain) exploring places new, exciting, & beautiful, including visiting my homeland (Ecuador) for the 1st time since I was a baby, & found the dirty dusty run down crime ridden hometown(Ambato) to be... clean, well kept, safe, friendly, and a perfect mix of traditional & modern. The place is just beautiful!!! I have been in Malta since mid Feb 2015, and though when you move to a place you have holidayed in you don't find it anywhere near as nice as you thought! ...not here! It is beautiful, and I can see myself living here for many many years! I would love to meet people at Expat meetings! However my budget doesn't cater for that without a full time job! for now! my time is spent, surfing the net for jobs, exploring!!, discovering great new places and things! Enjoying this little paradise we live in! which seems a lot bigger than you think when you explore a lot on foot down dusty paths, and open land. Also I do the odd lil job as a movie extra which is great fun!! and a little private English tutoring. Hope to meet you sometime, Carlos.

I was born here, didn't get the chance to return since the age of 2.5, until 2015!! And I was expecting a backward dusty over crowded city! .....OMG how wrong I could be!, it was a large city! but felt so comfortable, relaxed, it was clean, with so many flowers and trees, parks, rivers, just full of natural & man made beauty!! plus!!! even though it was 1000m up in the Andes, it not only had it's wonderful traditions! but all you would want from the modern world had to offer too!!. And then it's amazing weather! four season in one day!, as night are quite chilly, most days have some rain, as there is also sun! and average high day temperatures of about 20c. And anyway! If you wanted baking hot pure sun day after day!! go for a weekend on the coast! just $8 away!!.

I have had many holidays here and love the country!!, so friendly, full of live, and so much bigger that you'd think! if you get off the tourist path and see the country properly!! Summer is LOOOONNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG!!! from about April almost upto Christmas!!. I just hope i'm here for a Christmas!!! I so need a job! and quick!! or adios Malta! )O':
OMG! no idea February was so wet!!! ....and I do love fireworks! ..but OMG!!! mid summer here is like living in a warzone!! cos every town is so close!(Well you can here fireworks from the other side of the country!!!!) ...and it's almost every night for weeks and weeks!!!. Pollution!!! most of the building are going black!! ...so what is it doing to us?
