Hello, I was born in Lyon and grew up in St Tropez until the age of 13 then in St Martin in the West Indies until the age of 24. Following the death of my mother I went to the other side of the world to live in Thailand where I worked as an aquatic model and diving teacher for 4 years. From there I went to India where I lived in the Hampi caves for 3 years, I met an Israeli soldier there and we had a daughter, we went to give birth in the desert of Western Australia. Then we lived in Israel in Biblical lands for 2 years, until our separation. I stayed with my daughter for 6 years in this wonderful country where I had real human encounters. I returned to St Tropez in the summer to work as a private chef because that is my real job, which allowed us to live modestly all year round in the Holy Land. Then I was exported to be the head of a New York jet set golf club, in the Hamptons, where I worked for 4 years. Having fallen ill twice, I decided to leave everything and return to my beloved West Indies, but not to St Martin, which is much too populated for my tastes, but to Anguilla which more resembles the St Martin of my childhood. I work as a private chef, where the Jet Set takes me during their vacations. I have 14 culinary specialties - hard to count but we'll stick with 14! I would like to open a cooking school somewhere, or rather a school/catering/canteen culinary center where only real products - called organic - will be used, for everyone. I don't know where, so if you have an idea, share it. THANKS
