I am Vergilio Balgua Cerbito , a Filipino national working here in JEDDAH KSA as a Senior Architect and Assistant Project Manager under ALTOUSSAA CONTRACTING EST. since Feb 2014 untilI now. I have been working here in the kingdom since 2002 under TALAL ADHAM & PARTNERS CONSULTING CO., and i was assigned as Design Consultant in the municipality of JEDDAH, MADINAH, and MAKKAH. During those years i have engage through various design and supervision projects like Hotels, School Colleges, Hospitals, Commercial Complex, Airports etc.
