Hello, my name is Gilbert Paquet
I was born in Canada. For the last twenty years I have lived in California.
Five years ago I purchased beautiful land on the west coast of Panama near Costa Rica. This is beach front property in the tropics %u2013 the land is plentiful with its own banana grove and fruit trees settled into a natural habitat for monkeys and other native wildlife.
In the last three years, I have designed and built a house for myself that is very comfortable, yet simple. I am currently living some part of each year in both Panama and California.
The next stage of my plan is to build 4 beach front homes. My vision is to build homes that are small, beautifully crafted, comfortable, and well integrated into the natural environment. I am currently developing a conceptual design.
I would like to offer ownership of these homes under similar guidelines as the purchase of a condominium. I am selecting compatible buyers to create a small community with a harmonious life style. If you are interested contact me.
