Hi I am a Malaysian working in Jakarta in the field of sales and marketing. Been here since April, 2008. A bit of a culture shock when I first came but now I am used to the landscape and the culture here. I go to church in Thamrin 9 - IES. Cool church. What I realised as an expat living and working here is that there is no life after work. I hope to find some friends here to exchange view and explore new places in Indonesia. I am a bit lost in the Indonesian language but I am good in Bahasa Malaysia. The other problem I have since coming here is finding good water and good quality food. Maybe someone out there can show me where to go.
