I am a Romanian girl, born in Sighisoara and studying in Cluj-Napoca till finishing my master in 2010. I have moved in France for a PhD in Biology in September 2010. After finishing my PhD in South of France, 1 year ago, i moved in North-East to start a school in patisserie because all my life i loved baking cakes and my dream was to open a the salon with gorgeous cakes and original creations. I am finishing my patissier diploma this year, in July, and after i am looking forward to work in different coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants around the world to improve my backing knowledge and to succeed. After some years of work, when feeling ready, i would like to return in my country, Romania, and open my own coffee shop-bakery.
