About Activity

Ex RN emigrated to South Africa then left and came to Malta where I spent many happy years in the early 70s Was involved in the evacuation of Cypress during the AOKA uprising in 72. Spent 14 weeks in the Falklands war, 12 weeks of boredom and 2 weeks of absolute terror and fear, said more hail marys than i can ever remember but it worked so the strenght of prayer must never be undermind.Emigrated to SA as an installation engineer for DE La Rue and became a world wide system engineer which meant all the cities i had not seen from the coastline i now got to see from the internal part of the country. I have had a many varied and travelled life and would not change a day of it, have celebrated my 70th birthday and my 50th wedding anniversary, have a wonderful wife, 3 beautiful children and 11 grandchildren. I thank the man for every day i wake and can look on life for another day. These are only MY thoughts so dont get pissed off with me. God Bless Mik
