About

Welcome Sang Mee |聽Blood Adopted since I was 11 months old, I am now 17, I am planning to go to South Korea in August 2016, heading to Seoul, my hometown! So why start planning this trip now, you ask? Quite simply because it's the trip of my life, I've been asking for it and dreaming about it since I was 8 years old.聽 Of course I contacted my adoption agency to retrieve my file since I will be an adult, but also in order to meet my former host family if they are willing. I father find some interesting information about my dear parents, as well as visit my mother's native village if it has not been forgotten during the intense South Korean globalization. I also planned a few days to tour Seoul. BUT. And this is where I ask for your help. First of all I would like to know what is going on with papers, car rentals or taxi fares. In short, is life there more expensive? For plane tickets also, book in advance or not, with which company?聽 If possible, I would also like to meet some correspondents or people who live there in Korea, and why not meet those who have already been there. Hope keeps us alive, but luckily I'm getting started a year in advance. If you had some incredible visits in Seoul and its surroundings as well, some restaurant addresses (yes I like to eat!), authentic places that go beyond the big tourist clich茅s (although I plan to do those too...). In short, anything that could help me with my trip, administration, visits, addresses, neighborhoods, etc... +If someone studied, works in South Korea, I would like to ask them a few questions as well ^-^
