I'm from Barcelona but I've lived in Amsterdam for 2 years, and although it is a fascinating city, I don't feel like spending another winter here... I previously lived in New York, Florence and Sydney. My next destination is Thailand, where I initially intend to spend about 6 months exploring, sailing, painting, writing, photographing, diving... In principle I would like to base myself in Phuket, although I do not rule out living in Krabi, Samui or Phangan. I would like to hear advice and experiences from people who are already living there.
