Created in 2008, the IAD company is today the leading network of real estate agents in France with thousands of advisors spread throughout the country. Its success is based on an innovative model that combines real estate, digital, training and proximity. Internationalization began in 2015 with the opening of the Portuguese subsidiary with the opening of IAD PORTUGAL. IAD is now present in 4 countries: France, Portugal, Spain and Italy, in January 2021 opening of Germany. 2016 marks the arrival in IAD's capital of the investment funds IK Investment Partners and FIVE ARROWS PRINCIPAL INVESTMENTS (FAPI), as well as Roland Tripard appointed to the position of Chairman of the IAD Group Management Board, with the aim of accelerating international development.
