Hi everyone! I am excited to post here - and hope to get some helpful info on possibly becoming an expat like you! My family and I currently live in Myrtle Beach, SC, US, but are considering a move to the DR. It seems like the perfect place for us, maybe we have stars in our eyes. Anyway, we love the beach, the warm (hot) air, ocean breezes, simple life. Even though we are in a wonderful place right now, we can't enjoy life as much as we'd like because it's so expensive. My husband and I have 4 beautiful boys that will join us on our adventure. Anyone have any comments or suggestions? I would appreciate any!
