My name is Massimo, I'm from Milan and I'm 41 years old. I worked for 18 years in the rail maintenance sector at the state railways. Two years ago I decided to turn a new leaf and focus on my passion for cooking by attending a chef's school and changing jobs. I had already worked in a kitchen in a friends' inn but only when it was possible, given that I worked permanently for the railways. In the last two years I have worked as a second chef, for five months in a restaurant in Milan, for six months in a hotel in Jesolo and for about a year in a hotel on Lake Garda. Now my partner has received a good job offer in Ghana which will allow us to stay in Accra for 8 months / 1 year.
