What happens in a car accident hit-and-run case? by thegameguru
I got hit by a car from behind (it was his fault as he was ran away when i went in my car to retrieve my cell phone). I called Najam and they gave me a report but he was saying i have 3rd party insurance only and I wont get any claim for repairs ...
