Hello everyone, my name is Claudia and I am Tuscan and precisely from Pisa, the city famous for the Leaning Tower. I am a retired teacher and my husband and I chose to come to Tunisia for many reasons, in particular the climate and the cost of living. We have lived here for almost four years and are happy with our choice. The climate is excellent, the food products, especially fruit and vegetables, are good and since we have lived here we have rediscovered the true flavors of fruit and vegetables and the general cost of living (rent, food, bills etc.) is around 50% lower than in Italy even if there have been some increases recently.
