Hi, I'm Laura. I come from a city in Brianza (Monza) but despite the reputation of the Brianza people for being closed people, I am sociable and I like living in an international environment and meeting people with cultures and traditions different from mine. I started my expat life 18 years ago following my husband to Libya. I have lived mainly in Arab countries (Libya, Egypt and now UAE) but despite many years spent in these countries I still do not speak Arabic. I have therefore decided that I will finally start an Arabic course because I like this language. I currently work for an Austrian company so the possibility of meeting Italians and discussing our beloved homeland is limited.
