About

I'm a Personal Chef and Exec Chef of a small company making healthy cookies. I'm also a 35+ year experienced science & technical writer with a wide and varied background. I'm interested in the possibilities of living aboard a boat I build there, but not living parked in a marina among the rich plastic boaters. Rather I'd like to live among the mangroves ins the southwest of the island or up one of the rivers a few miles... that sort of thing.
Interests: gourmet cooking, Boat building, snorkeling, building & playing mountain dulcimer, kayaking
