I had long experience as manager of 2 factories in Mexico where, on behalf of an Italian company, I had to organize all the START-UP work of automated industrial systems aimed at production. In this role I had the responsibility of coordinating and organizing assembly, programming, performance testing and staff organization up to the customer's autonomy in the management of the automated system and production management.
