Interests: Meeting different people, being open-minded to new ideas

I am currently in the Real estate business but I want to do more while I can, I am looking to invest my time into how I can build a better relationship with foreign people, especially those who are coming to Ulaanbaatar.
My occupation is Living but to live, I am currently employed by Active Zuuch ( real estate company). I am trying to help out those who need help.
I like that I grow up in this country and probably loves it more than those who didn't.
I hate/love the weather at the same time, I know this is cliche but weather can be extreme in Mongolia

Seattle, Washington, USA

Well, I had the time of my life here. I went to college with kids around my age without my parents watching over me so I had a blast. Living and meeting with people from different countries have taught me a lot about the people around the globe. Seattle had its charms and downers. With lots of rain and no snow was very different from Mongolia, especially during the winter. I have missed snow so much for some reason.
I am currently in Real Estate so if you have any questions, feel free to ask me anything. , I was a student while in the states and worked some part time jobs.
Well, what can I say, it is Seattle for god's sake? I like that if you are over 21 then you can buy and use recreationally . . . .
Well with the sales tax of 9.5%, that wasn't fun. other than that Seattle was liveable

I was in middle and high school while I was there; So growing boy meeting new culture for the first time, that was fun. I still have friends and people I keep in touch with to this day and hoping to meet more people
I am currently in Real Estate so if you have any questions, feel free to ask me anything.
It was the good location and the people I have met probably changed me for the better.
Well I was around 15 or 16 at the time so I would have probably had a different kind of experience if I were 21

Buying a vehicle in Mongolia by Mavutu

Hello, I'm interested in buying a vehicle in Mongolia. Is it possible to buy something legally? Will I need a Mongolian license, or is an international drivers license sufficient? Will it need to be insured in Mongolia? Thank you in ...

Tsenguun.a.z

To get a license it is possible, and getting to cope with Mongolian drivers takes some time to get used to. The insurance is same in every country, you need it to drive without getting tickets and such. Good luck to you man, you will need it if ... Read More
