The village of Matala is magnificent, formerly a village of hippies, Matala remains a village where zenitude is present. The bars and restaurants are all very typical, as are the locals.
I loved climbing the cliff leading to 鈥淩ed Beach鈥�, the view is splendid, an ideal place for meditation!
Heraklion is the capital of Crete, however the economic and social crisis is strongly felt there. The city is sometimes abandoned, many early construction projects are unsuccessful. Welcome to The Walking Dead.
