I am Alessandro Aceto, I am 26 years old and I was born close to Milan in Italy. I have completed my master degree in building environment and real estate engineering following my bachelor degree in architecture and buildingsproduction,bothofthematthePolitecnico diMilano. My path of studies has had, as main focus, asset and property management, real estate finance, real estate fund, property and facility management, and standards contracts, analysis of development, building site process, construction. Im currently working between Rome and Milan for a company that specializes in real estate asset management, real estate finance, contractor, re-evaluation and development of large real estate properties and project management. Main clients are funds, developer company, Religious congregation and Vatican, important hotel chain,andhospitalchain. In the past I worked as assistant project manager and business planning for a building company and for an engineering andarchitecturecompanyinMilan. My studies and my experiences, they gavemea completevision of economic-finance, technicaland management within therealestatebusiness. i lived in London for ten months and I worked like sales assistant in a store and attended lessons to improve my english. Currently I am attending spanish lessons. I would I very motivated to work for an international real estate company or a developer company, construction company , fund, SGR, property company, with international perspectives.
