My name is St茅phane, I come from Belgium and I plan to settle in the short term (1 and a half years maximum) in Costa Rica. I have worked for 20 years as a freelancer in information technology (internet, telephony, network) and management of company IT assets. My plan is to create a company based in Costa Rica, to settle there and continue to manage my mainly Belgian clients. My decision having already been made, I am now in the contact search and information phase of the administrative procedures to be carried out.
