I would like to come and settle in Ibiza to work in the real estate sector (sales if possible), in a year-round agency initially in order to strengthen my knowledge of the local market and the subtleties of town planning. I would like to be able to offer my skills to a serious agency, with solid experience over several years. My wife already works from our home and can transfer her business to any country in the world. My two children will go to French school (appointment made at the beginning of March).
I have been an independent real estate advisor in Bordeaux for 3 years now, I mainly deal with sales of old properties (90%) and sometimes new properties. My reputation is based on my qualitative follow-up with my clients in whom I invest 100% by supporting them from the first visit until their entry into the premises of their acquisition.
