About

South Alabama to South America! Mostly retired self employed. Landlord of commercial rentals. Been living off y on in Medellin for past 6 months. I've grown to not enjoy the city or see the value in living there. I think I've found my next place to live, Rio Negro. Much better climate for me. I know some locals from my connection with Titleist golf in the US. So with my big 3 hobbies bike-tenis-golf, I feel good about my move. Since I'm solo,at least for now. I prefer to have others nearby for safety and to not feel isolated. I'm looking for need a FURNISHED place by the first of Feb. 2017. A nice clean apartment or townhouse in or near Llanogrande - San Antonio - Gualanday areas. I don't have a car so need to be fairly close, a mile or so, to a food store. Price 1 - 1.5 M more or less. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks, Jefferson

Everyone seems to think so. A banker at Bancolombia, Las Palmas, said to me, not really. So maybe not, but I have a cedula... BBVA might open one without. Read More
