I come from a town near Lyon, I am in a relationship with 2 teenagers, I would like to come and settle on the island in order to be able to give my children a different quality of life and an open mind (which I think is lost in France). I work in a team as a first level hotliner. I help and resolve concerns for agents and customers. I am in contact with IT services and developers in order to respond as quickly as possible to IT problems. I design the tutorials and train novice agents on the 5 applications we manage.
