Hi There We want to live in England. I am South African married to a British citizen, living in South Africa. We do not have 18,500 pounds to proof that my husband can look after me for a year. Which is what the British government wants. We have been married for over 4 years. I am an IT professional with 15 years experience, I am working and studying part time to get my bcom degree, hoping that this will help me to find a job in the UK. My husband wants to return home, but wont leave without me. We are super unhappy about the fact that Britain is not allowing British citizens to bring their wives to their country. Can anyone give me some advise please, we are desperate to leave S.A. Hope to hear from you C
