Sandy Springs City Center_ A mixed used development located in a newly developed city of Sandy Springs. This project was focused on creating the "heart" of the city, providing entertainment through the design of a performing arts center, market square, as well as a large city green. A city office tower was developed to provide a central location for all government officials offices, as well as a conference level and studio theater for public use. Our firm facilitated the development of two private residential complexes on site in order to activate this newly developed city center with local people. I personally was actively involved from conception to construction coordinating architecture with engineers, contractors, and owners.
