I arrived in New Caledonia in 1969 with the navy I worked in Telecom for over thirty years Since 1993 I have regularly gone on vacation to New Zealand. In 1999 I bought a house in Gisborne which I still own to this day. From 2002 to 2004 I tried to settle down by working in different fields unfortunately I was unable to remain too qualified and underemployed because the law requires you to work with equal competence in your field. I have decided to stay permanently in this country and I am thinking of creating a company to help develop this magnificent region.
