I finished my one-year contract in Gourbeyre, I took the opportunity to move to Grande Terre. Where it rains less and it's easier to meet people.
For the moment I like Le Gosier and I'm starting to get my bearings.
Unemployed childcare assistant, it feels good to enjoy the island without working.
The Heat, the fine white sand beaches, my apartment and its air conditioning.

Hello, it's been 1 month since I arrived on the island (Gourbeyre) and I am very happy. My work is going well, I just have to find a car and I will be on top.

The fact that it is France without being France:
- different internet and mobile rate packages
- not being able to keep my number that I have had for 15 years
- not being able to cash a check because my bank is in mainland France
...But hey it's not that serious
