Hello, I just returned from 4 months in Asia, Nepal, India and Sri Lanka and I really fell in love with this island which I traveled around on a scooter. I like the tropical climate, I have lived in similar places before. I found a house to buy on Welligama and I signed an agreement in principle for the purchase 2 weeks ago, I am going back next month for the final purchase. I am demolishing the existing house and rebuilding a new one for which I have already made the plans. this house will be a guest house with 5 bedrooms. This will create jobs. I found a family there to do the leasing, I have to find a lawyer in Sri Lanka to translate the contract that I am drafting in France.
