I am originally from the Loire Valley, I have been coming to Kazakhstan regularly for 3 years and plan to settle within 12 months, I represent wine, the Loire and small independent winegrowers, I am a producer/exporter of rum (OFFRIAN RUM). My partner lives in Almaty and Astana and I am therefore there regularly.
