My name is Alessandro, I'm 29 years old, I was born and live in Rome. In parallel with my degree, I obtained a diploma as a superior technician for assistance in the management of hospitality facilities, carrying out an internship, which later became a job, at Hotel Project, a revenue and hotel consultancy company, where I worked for around 1 year. I am currently working in Hotel. Thanks to this experience I have become very familiar with almost all the most used portals, as well as with channel managers and various PMS. My experience, which began 5 years ago, led me to cover various roles: Receptionist, night and day. Reservations Officer Front Office Manager; I am currently responsible for 2 structures belonging to the same company. In addition to the ordinary management of the reception, I also deal with F&B, coordination of ordinary and extraordinary work with maintenance workers, direct relationship with specialized technicians, management of agency payments (suspended) with administration, relationship with external cooperatives (floor cleaning, porters), compliance with regulations and legal obligations (fire prevention, earthing, ventilation systems, etc.). I know how to use the Opera management system (used at the former Courtyard by Marriott in Fiumicino) and above all Protel, which I have been using for 5 years. As channel manager I used Figaro (at Hotel Project) and Blastness. I would be very happy to have the opportunity to deal with another reality, even in different roles but which I would evaluate.
