This is my letter of intent for any suitable vacancy at your esteemed company.
My name is Carla Laus , my background includes serving as a Customer Care Research Assistant and Office assistant in telecommunication industries, retail sector and auto dealership.
Through a source I came to know that you have a vacancy in your company. In my position at Hyundai Pampanga Philippines as Customer Care Research Assistant, my responsibilities included accomplishing and monitoring of Hyundai Asia Resources Inc. (HARI) reportorial requirements, updating customers files and does follow-up calls for Sales clients, communicates with internal and external clients. I do face to face interview with costumer when their unit is released, monitor and maintain database of customer concerns and feedbacks received and assists in resolving Sales related customer concerns. Also, I am trained in Insurance Issuance where I issue insurance policy for new clients using the Insurance Application (Mapfre Insular Virtual Office) and calculates appropriate premiums and amounts of insurance coverage.
Previously, I worked with a high-volume customer-support call center in Teletech Philippines for major telecommunications carrier in Australia (Telstra) and USA (T-mobile). In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions, sim card activations and job orders for telephone and internet). I have been consistently excel in my performance and support team goals along with finishing my assigned tasks which makes me a perfect fit for a multitasking environment such as yours.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable office assistant, finance and sales experience when I worked at SM Supermarket Accounting Department and to some Retail Store.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications, excellent communication skills both oral and written and my Bachelors degree in Business Administration Major in Financial and Management Accounting.
