I intend to invest in properties in Manila, and live there for the foreseeable future. I have been to The Philippines a few times and I love that country. The people are friendly, and polite and food is great. I am not a great fan of the traffic in Manila, but it comes with the territory.
One of the best things about this beautiful country is how wonderful their cuisine is. I never miss a chance to eat Sizzling Sisig (Chicken, Pork and Salmon), Singang and KareKare.

Positive and polite nature of the people, food are just a few. Every day is like a celebration
There isn't anything I can say negative about this beautiful country or its people. Mind you, The Philippines is a developing country, and the government is doing a better job than most developing countries' governments. Makati resembles not a developing country's center of the capital, but The City (of London) itself.
