I'm a kiwi from the cold south island of NZ my Cebuano partner currently lives in Gensan, on Mindanao. I am looking to relocate to Philippines. Given recent events, and martial law, think south of Cebu is still not great for me safety-wise (and if I am there, by extension ...could put my partner in danger). Unsure as to what I wish to do there, but starting to look seriously. Here I own a small excavation business, truck diggers and associated gear, unsure of need for similar there. Cebu yacht club was my first desired destination a couple of years ago ... have since been briefly and loved it there. So looking at Cebu (and north) at this stage.
