Im a 44 year old guy that's gotten kind of fed up with chasing the American Dream, had it, lost it and now wondering is it all really worth it. Got laid off a year ago and it has changed my life. Im not broke....yet.... but stopped paying for my home this month and starting to plan ahead. Went to seminar for TEFOL the other night in Seattle and have been researching life abroad since. Just wanted to jump on here and be able to discuss. Ive learned a lot already. My teacher taught in Vietnam and Ive been thinking about HCMC. The class I may take starts in Feb and it wouldn't be until the summer or fall that I would venture out.
