This is my home country. I studied here and participated in varies sport activities. I also help my father on the farm. I bartended, was vice president of the University cycling club, played first team in the University hockey team, coached my University hostel hockey team and I also have Hockey umpire status level 1. During University we had 7 months experience in local schools as teachers and 2 years experience teaching PE as my masters was in PE and we taught PE twice a week during my studies.

I taught English, tutored classes, and helped fellow teachers with grammar and English related problems. I also helped with recruiting and training new teachers. I created a summer class schedule, worksheets and tests. I led a few students in a creative writing competition where 2 of them got in the top 5.
ESL Teacher
It is affordable and people are very nice and willing to help. There is a group called the Hash House Harriers, where a group of foreigners join every month to do a fun hike in the local area and then afterwards drink beer and talk, they are situated in Douliu (Touliu) and Kaohsiung.
Gyms are expensive, but you can find affordable ones if you spend time in research.
