I am from the South West. Very early on I left to live in the south of France in the Var. I was a nurse and I went to New Caledonia for 7 years, to Australia then returned to France for a few months before leaving for Mexico from 92 to 97. Then I met my husband in the USA, he is American. We stayed in Arizona for 7 years and the 2008 crisis having made us lose everything, we came to France. We had plans with my only son but unfortunately he died of a devastating heart attack in 2012. We were waiting for our retirement to leave, and Crete attracted us like a magnet. We would like to find a small, quiet house not too far from the city because we are not very young anymore. I paint a lot and I'm very manual, which keeps me busy all the time.
