I am a writer and translator of French origin, Professor Emeritus of Comparative Literature. I have lived and worked on every continent, I am also an Australian citizen. My reference countries are mainly Australia and India, Spain, Argentina and Brazil, my partner's country. I have also lived in Belgium, the United States, Canada and Tunisia. I am actively continuing my research, writing, translation and editing work. I will accompany my partner (teacher) to Cork where she will study English from January to August 2018. We will then settle in Portugal or Brazil (Londrina), while keeping my home in the Landes. ENGLISH: I am a French-born writer and literary translator, and an Emeritus Professor of Comparative Literature. I lived and worked in many countries and on every continent. But I also lived in Belgium, in the USA, Canada and Tunisia. At present, I am actively pursuing research, writing, translation, editing and publishing work. I will accompany my partner, a school teacher, in Cork where she will study English at least from January to August 2018, and work part-time, if she finds suitable jobs. Later, we will probably settle either in Portugal or in Brazil (Londrina) for her to pursue her teaching career, while retaining our home in Southern France as a permanent base.
