Vung Tau, Vietnam
Visited just recently and it seems to have all that I need after retirement. Currently living in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and have been for nearly 3 years so time for a change.
The other location is Saigon but after looking at apartment prices it seems that I am better off in Vungers.

Beach, close to Saigon, good food, small town feel in a large city
