My expat journey

Funafuti, Tuvalu
I am in a time of transition, currently studying International Tourism & Hospitality Management at George Brown College (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) It is my dream to move to Tuvalu, expose myself to the unique Polynesian way of life, and forge a new career path on her tropical shores.
Tuvalu has caught my attention for many reasons, while researching locations for a study on Sustainable Tourism practices. First, it's remote location is exciting! Second, the relatively steady climate ~30掳C suits me just fine... and third, (because of my professional past) I am fascinated by the online connection of the .tv top level domain being a part of Timeless Tuvalu's GDP.
What's NOT to like!?! The drawback of the lengthy travel time to arrive in Tuvalu is offset by all of the allure of this forward-thinking tropical destination.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada
My entire life has been here... from birth to marriage... fatherhood... relationships, friendships and kinships... All have been in Canada.

My career path has transitioned over the past 3 decades through Radio Broadcasting & Broadcast Media, Marketing & Media Management, and Social Media & Web Design. Along the way, my hobby has been to create unique and exciting social activities, tournament events, and charity fundraisers... This is the passion that I am now looking to turn into an international career in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
Having been born and raised in Canada, I cannot extol her marvelous virtues enough! Her vast expanse of natural woodlands, the natural wonders of Niagara Falls, the fertile Prairies, the majestic peaks of the Rockies, and the quaint historic Maritimes all have unique and inviting features that We (Canadians) are proud to share with all!
Not so much a "dislike" as a preference of necessity... I have developed a health condition whereby I can no longer tolerate the changing temperatures of the four distinct seasons... In short, a "Cold Allergy" (ie Urticaria) is prompting me to look t'ward warmer climes.
