The "No Change" scam by blunders
Has anyone had experience of the "No Change" scam? Have seen it with taxi drivers, delivery and service people. They claim not have the correct change and put on a sad face in the hope that you'll give them more cash. No doubt ...
I've had that a few times. A taxi driver pouted at me for asking for the change. I would have given him the change if he hadn't tried to rip me off at the beginning of the taxi ride. It's annoying but definitely happens a lot more in ... Read More
