I left England in 1996 for a variety of reasons, one of which was that I no longer wanted to live in a country which was always arguing about Europe. I am half English, quarter Welsh, quarter Belgian and have always considered myself a European.
I returned there in 2015 and then rediscovered all the reasons which made me want to leave in 1996!

Thinking of moving to Vannes in Morbihan early next year. My French - I have learnt the language 3 times and forgotten it 2 and half times! Are there adult education courses in French in any of the cities in or around Vannes?
