I met again in my country Uruguay with my current partner who is French in 2015 and from February 2016 we came to live in Paris, from that moment I began to study and learn the French language, I opened my company under the independent entrepreneur status and worked in the librasion at first since I did not speak a word of French, after 6 months I started working in the kitchen in charge of the seafood pass cold dishes and salads. Previously in my country, after finishing my secondary studies, I did one year as a foreign trade advisor, two years in administration and one year as an international bartender. I started working as an executive secretary at the age of 19 for a period of 3 years for the president of an important candy manufacturing company in the capital. Then I went to live on the coast and worked for 8 years as a bartender in a 5-star hotel in the Hilton chain; and after that I started to travel, I lived in Brazil for a while, I worked and learned Portuguese there and then taking advantage of my passport from the European community I did several stints in Ibiza in restaurants and finally as a house manager in two luxury villas also in Ibiza organizing and in charge of the houses that are rented to people of high economic level, today my partner is looking for work in the city of Rennes and our goal is to settle in said city By February 2018, I consider that I am a hard-working, responsible person and I accept challenges and commitments. In one year I see myself working in a good company having improved my French, and if I saw myself in 5 years I see myself starting my own small business in the gastronomic field.
