Hi, I am Japanese born in Kobe, grew up there till when I was 16, then moved to the United States, studied, lived and worked in New England, New York City and Southern California for close to 15 years. I started my international development/cooperation work in Senegal and then in Cameroon. I then moved to France and lived there for 4 years while doing my MA in UK. After that I worked in Indonesia for 2 1/2 years, 2 years in Burundi, and now am off to Sri Lanka for 2 years!
