My name is Marta Tembe, of Mozambican and Portuguese nationality. I graduated in International Relations from the University of Minho in Portugal, I was in Brazil for a year for a school exchange and I have a second CAP cooking training in Paris. After studying cooking I was lucky to be able to join well-known establishments in Paris and England. For a year I have been working for myself where I offer world cuisine that allows me to tell a story.
