Singapore is an over price country, you don't get to own anything even if you buy a flat for half a million dollars and still lease hold. Cars are so expensive that only the rich can afford. A normal car more than 100k and can only drive for 10 years and need to scrap. Nothing is nice in Singapore. Old people don't get to retired and instead they still need to work even harder in shops clearing plates.
