After my university degree in Lille and military service in Germany, I moved to Italy. Several months of learning the language as well as various professional activities allowed me to perfect my knowledge of the Italian language. In '96, I entered the field of professional training, encouraging, as project manager, the integration of around 1100 trainees in 350 companies. In 2001, a major Software House mandated me to diversify the intervention markets and develop the economy of two websites; at the time, demonstration platforms for commercialized technologies. The development of the editorial initiative was such that it led to the creation of a publishing house of which I was the sales and marketing director until 2009. With the contacts acquired in the art and communication sector, the first art insurance broker in Italy brought me into its team. Two years later, we were acquired by Willis, the third largest broker in the world, to form the Fine Art, Jewelery & Specie team in which I took on the role of Senior Account Executive specializing in Fine Art risk management. After a merger, where the group went from 17,000 to 40,000 employees, the company decided to resize certain businesses and we agreed to the conventional termination of the employment contract. After a break, meditating on the acquired knowledge and skills, the passion for new technologies and new market trends, I contacted an engineering company that hired me for the commercial development of solutions for the automation of operational and management processes (BPM - Business Process Management), linked in particular to wireless technologies (NFC, RFID, BLE). Since then, I have been perfecting my knowledge and business contacts for process innovation and automatic data collection (AIDC) in order to formalize and dematerialize business processes to gain efficiency, because all companies and organizations operate around processes, without necessarily being aware of them or knowing the technological solutions that leverage change. Married with a son ('96), I feel dynamic, precise and reliable. With my professional career, I have acquired skills in many areas of business, project and relational management.
