About
I am Ollo Jean-Bosco Pooda, and I am writing to express my interest in the expat opportunities. I am keen to work on complex financial transactions in a fast-paced environment, and I believe that the financial & contract analyst position I am in my current organization will enable me to leverage both my international experience, my budget analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills in the my international business knowledge and relationships. I have more than three years of financial services and international experience, as well as experience managing a small business. I would bring a solid mix of industry experience coupled with both analytical and interpersonal skills to this position, including: Financial analysis: At Abt Associates Inc. I worked with financial models and financial analysis as the basis for my work with over 20 clients. I provide input and analysis on issues brought to the VPs attention, working closely with the Project Managers and project Directors. I coordinate and implement data, data-analysis and reporting requirements. I ensure appropriate follow through on actions, decisions and commitments made by the VP working with units and teams responsible for implementation. I jointly with the Finance Officer, prepare, coordinate, and review a wide range of communications by the VP, including daily correspondence, presentations, and background briefings. I often had to delve into the smallest details on financial statements and utilized different modeling and analysis techniques to identify problems and support my findings. During my stint as a finance and Contract Analyst, using financial information to drive business decisions, large and small, was a daily practice. I believe that my previous work experience Medical Care International (MCDI) and my overall finance and business experience will allow me to make an immediate contribution to your organization, and I very much hope to have the opportunity to speak with you more. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Ollo Jean-Bosco Pooda
